How long will it take to receive my order?

Your order will be custom made upon receipt. We appreciate your patience with this process. Depending on your order and location it make take 5 to 24 days for you to receive your item. Below are some general estimates:

What is your return policy?

We will replace items that are damaged in shipping or that had manufacturing related flaws. Please send a photograph of the damaged item to hellandearthart@gmail.com to begin the process. Due to the custom nature of these products returns or refunds are not available
